1 Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days upon receipt of goods.
• Goods must be unused, original tags attached, no stains, no damages, in resellable condition.
• Custom-printed / custom-modified bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale / clearance items are final sale, not eligible for return.

2 Return Shipping Cost

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.
• We cover return shipping only for our shipping error or confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Return shipment risk (loss, damage in transit) is on buyer side; we recommend tracked shipping.

3 Refund Process

1. Contact support to get an RMA return authorization number before sending back goods. No RMA may cause refund delay or rejection.
2. After we receive and inspect returned goods, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

4 SNAD / Item Not As Described Claims

Buyer must provide clear photos / videos showing material or specification mismatch vs listing description. Minor color difference due to screen display is not considered item-not-as-described.
